Booking Policies
There are very few accommodation properties of this quality in Tasmania.
We are heavily booked all year round and to ensure ALL our
guests enjoy the quality accommodation we provide at the lowest prices possible,
we need to provide some policies which are fair to all guests.
- Minimum two night stay.
- Reservations can be made by Phone, Fax, or email.
- All bookings require email confirmation from us or they are not valid. Bookings will only be held for five days from the date the booking was made. Unless a deposit or full payment is received in that time the booking will be cancelled
- As we no longer have credit card facilities, full payment must be received by bank transfer or other arrangement five days prior to occupancy or the booking will be cancelled. A deposit may also be requested at time of booking.
- A deposit of 20% will required to secure the reservation which is not
refundable in the event of cancellation or "no show" once we
accept it unless we can rebook the cottage on that night or nights.
- Seniors and Diabetes Australia card holders are welcome and receive a
reduction off all tariffs if a valid card in the name of the guest is
produced at check in.
- All rooms are non smoking. Guests are requested to smoke outside and
dispose of cigarette butts carefully as we are in a bushy area. Barbeques
are provided to cook any fish you catch. If rooms are spoiled by fish odour
or smoking smells a full night will be charged to allow the cottage to be
aired the next day.
- To retain our quality accomodation standards, no animals are allowed
on the property.
